After the event - Particpants' Notes.

After the event please try to collect your sponsorship monies by 23 October and pass this along with the sponsor forms to the Local Organiser.

Please ensure that you complete you name and address details on each sponsor form - including the name of the Church / Chapel you wish to recieve half of the sponsor money.

If you are under 16 please ensure that you include your age on the sponsor form.
